The incentive amount for each study varies, depending on factors like the length and complexity of the study. However, we always make sure to offer fair compensation for your time and effort. There are two types of studies. First type of studies are similar to the sample study you will do when you sign-up with us. Second type of studies are one=on-one video calls in which a researcher from UserStudy will talk to you over 45-60 mins and understand about your experience with certain product or services.

We try to send out study invitations as frequently as possible, but it really depends on the current needs of our researchers. Rest assured that we always strive to provide a variety of study opportunities to our participants. Make sure to check your email regularly and keep an eye out for new studies on our app!
First of all, do lookout for emails and SMS from our payment partner Xoxoday. In case nothing is received, our CS team will help you with this. Typically payments are processed on a weekly basis.
